Shipping in Covid-19 Times

Every indicator says shop early, ship early.  We recognize that the shipping carriers are over-burdened, and this is why we ran our seasonal sale earlier than ever.

However, we are already seeing trouble with shipments being delayed and packages getting stranded. The hard part for us is that we are getting your packages out in record speed, but once they leave our shipping dock, it is out of our control.  We have no more information with regards to your package than you do. With every order, you will receive an email with tracking information and places for you to follow along on its journey

Watson's cannot be responsible for the timing of your packages once they are in the hands of FEDEX or the USPS. If you call us because your package has gone missing, we will call the same 1-800-GOFEDEX number that you do. Please help us and understand that we want to help, but have no control over the shipping carriers and the timing on your shipment.  The same holds true if your package is missing from your door.  Unfortunately, porch pirates are out in full force, and we cannot pay for lost or stolen packages.
