Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30 EST from Labor Day through Mother's Day and can be reached at (716) 875-6643. Summer hours may apply.

Watson’s Chocolates cannot be held responsible for, nor will we replace, any melted or damaged chocolate due to temperature and/or humidity considerations unless customers purchased a cooler & ice pack, upgraded shipping to Overnight Delivery (1-day) AND purchased delivery signature.

During certain months and to certain locations, Watson's reserves the right to automatically charge for coolers and ice and upgraded shipping option to assist in the safe and timely transport of our products.

Watson’s is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen please contact UPS at https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/tracking-support.page or 1 (800) 742-5877. Watson's will not refund orders with bad ship-to addresses, but customers can pick up any returned packages at our business office during business hours.  

Watson's reserves the right to increase the price for shipping on larger orders ($100 or more). If this happens, Watson's will call or email you with details and always provide you with a shipping estimate. Watson's also reserves the right to charge for additional coolers ($7.95 each) on large orders.
