Questions and Answers
How much is customization?
Our pass through cost for a custom mold is a $225 one-time fee. No minimum order required for custom bars. Various packaging options available, and we store your mold in-house for future orders.
Regarding custom lids, there are two options: the Standard Logo Box or the Premium Logo Box Assortment for a set up fee of $125. Minimums may apply.
What’s the lead time for custom gifts?
A 4-6 week lead time is necessary for custom products. For orders requiring design work or additional time, plan for 6-8 weeks lead time. Holiday orders are accepted starting in August.
Can Watson's ship our gifts?
We can ship using our UPS or FedEx account, or yours.
Flat rate shipping prices are available online, with coolers and expedited shipping options for warm weather destinations.
We can provide a .csv file template for your addresses.
Book your shipping date early, as our calendar fills up quickly.

Can I reorder whenever I want?
Certainly. For some customers we have a custom URL that hosts their product for direct re-ordering. You can also just give us a call at 716-875-6643. Lead times may vary.
How does billing work?
We can offer an electronic pay online invoice or bill you, swipe your credit card, or receive your check. Terms may vary but we will assist you.
