Family owned and operated, we are best known for producing Sponge Candy, a regional favorite with a light, airy and crispy center drenched in our heavenly milk or decadent dark chocolate.

In 1946, two brothers, Louis and John Watson, and their respective wives, Ellen and Mary, began making chocolates in the back room of their soda fountain and luncheonette on Delaware Ave. in Kenmore, NY.
Thank you for voting us as Buffalo's Best, but we aren't just for locals anymore! The word is out and we've shipped to all 50 states.
Using family recipes and traditional methods, we still make all our confections, including our famous Sponge Candy, by hand and in small batches.

Chocolate was introduced to Europe in the 16th century and on July 7 we celebrate how much we ALL love it. Here at Watson's, we wish it would be later in the year during the cool months, but none the less have a few ideas to celebrate this year!
