Stale product

Surprised how old/stale this carmel was upon receipt. Plus chocolate to carnel ratio was way, way off. Trying to not only bite into this candy but also trying to chew it was hurtful to my teeth and mouth. Very very disappointed. Will not order again.

The candy is excellent as always. Paid for cold packs and second day arrival. The cold pack was warm when it arrived. Would have thought for 4 boxes that there would have been at least two cold packs in the box.

Absolutely fabulous!

I grew up in Buffalo, and my mom still lives there. Caramels are her favorite, as is Watson's chocolate. A perfect pair. She was elated to get this year's mother's day gift, once again from Watson's, and giving her her favorite homemade caramels was a win! The taste of these delights was very good, although they were a little too hard to risk losing a Crown or two. So,I've decided to keep the bites, and put them in the microwave to soften them a bits. Otherwise, fabulous..........

These did not take long to inhale. They were chewy and chocolatey delicious. Can't get any better than Watsons!

These are incredible and a family favorite. The caramel is sublime and the salt gives it that perfect sweet/salty balance. They are the one item my sister in Japan asks that I ship her specially from the states!
