General Shipping Policies
We take special care to hand-pack all of your items for shipment, so they arrive in the best possible condition. Shipping chocolate, particularly Sponge Candy, is at the customer's risk. Watson’s cannot take responsibility for breakage or lost packages. Watson’s will only replace any chocolate that arrives melted if your order is shipped Next Day Air, in a cooler, and with a delivery signature. All claims must be reported promptly upon delivery and may require photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Processing Times
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Orders requiring coolers may take additional processing time, as they are often shipped Monday through Wednesday to help avoid weekend transit delays. During holiday periods, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing before your order leaves our facility.
Coolers & Ice Packs
Coolers and ice packs are strongly recommended for shipments to warm-weather destinations year-round and may be selected at checkout. During the warmer months (May–October), Watson’s may require a cooler and ice pack for certain destinations. A $7.95 shipping and handling fee applies.
Address Accuracy & Returned Packages
Watson’s is unable to refund shipping fees due to bad ship-to addresses. Customers may pick up returned packages from our business office during business hours.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS for shipping. Your shipping rate & transit time will be displayed during checkout. You will receive an email from us when your package ships. UPS may not consider Saturday or Sunday shipping or delivery days.
Watson’s is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact: UPS Support (or call 1-800-742-5877) / FedEx Support (or call 1-800-463-3339) / USPS Support (or call 1-800-275-8777).
Watson’s reserves the right to increase the price for shipping on larger orders ($200 or more). If this happens, we will call or email you with details and always provide you with a shipping estimate. Watson’s also reserves the right to charge for additional coolers ($7.95 each) on large orders.
Shipping to Canada
Your expected shipping rate will automatically be calculated at checkout once a Canadian address is input. These rates are inclusive of all import duties and taxes, which will be pre-paid to simplify and expedite delivery.
Please expect at least 5–8 days for delivery to Canada. For orders over $200 USD being shipped to Canada, please call us at 1-888-875-6643 for a shipping estimate. Due to high costs, we cannot usually ship to Canada in coolers, though you can always call for an estimate.
All listed prices are in USD and automatically converted to CAD based on daily exchange rates.
