Every order is hand-packed at our shop so it arrives in the best possible condition. Here's what to know before you order.

Processing Times
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. You'll get an email from us when your package is on its way, and your shipping rate and transit time are shown at checkout.
Orders with coolers usually ship Monday through Wednesday so they aren't sitting in a warehouse over the weekend, which can add a day or two. During the holidays, please allow an extra 3-5 business days before your order leaves our facility.
UPS transit times don't count Saturday or Sunday.
Coolers & Ice Packs
We strongly recommend a cooler and ice pack for any warm-weather destination, any time of year. You can add one at checkout for $7.95.
From May through October, we may require a cooler for certain destinations.
Melted or Damaged Chocolate
Chocolate, and Sponge Candy especially, is delicate, and it ships at the customer's risk. Watson's can't take responsibility for breakage.
We'll replace chocolate that arrives melted only if the order was shipped with all three of these:
- Next Day Air
- A cooler
- Signature required on delivery
Please report any problem within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photos of the product and the packaging.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Watson's isn't responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package goes missing, please contact the carrier directly:
Address Errors & Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address. We can't refund shipping fees when an order goes to an incorrect address. If a package comes back to us, you're welcome to pick it up at our business office during business hours.
Large Orders ($200+)
For larger orders, shipping may cost more than the rate shown at checkout, and additional coolers may be needed at $7.95 each. If that happens, we'll call or email you with an estimate before anything ships.
Shipping to Canada
Your shipping rate is calculated at checkout once you enter a Canadian address. That rate includes all import duties and taxes, which we prepay so your order clears customs faster.
- Delivery time: please allow 5–8 business days.
- Orders over $200 USD: call us at 716-875-6643 or toll-free at 1-888-875-6643 for a shipping estimate.
- Coolers: because of the cost, we usually can't ship coolers to Canada. Call us if you'd like an estimate anyway.
All prices are listed in USD and converted to CAD at checkout using the daily exchange rate.
