I didnt like how I couldn’t see what the flavors were and ended up not liking most of them also thought there would be more in the box
Great variety
I don't think consumers should have to pay extra for a little ice pack or insulated bag to prevent the chocolate from melting. UPS left our chocolates on our porch step for 2 hours until we arrived home. (March, not mid-summer.) Shade was available if one more step had been taken. As a result, everything melted. The candy was good, but in the shape of a blob. Please add big letters to the outside of the box prior to shipping. Or include small ice packs. This is not cheap chocolate. Make sure it is delivered properly.

This is the chocolate by which all other chocolates are judged and found wanting! Excellent service, my question about gluten was answered promptly. It shipped quickly and was packaged well. The recipient was happy!

I liked some better than others. You should consider offering each flavor in a box by itself. Also add milk and dark chocolate carmels in a box alone.
Karl, thank you for your thoughtful suggestions. If you have the chance to visit us in-store, you can pick only your favorites out of the candy case! Unfortunately, it is difficult to recreate that experience online. We do offer our sea salt caramels on their own online, and we can make you a box of plain caramels. I've always loved Watson's Chocolates BUT I was so disappointed in my order. There were hardly any nuts in the 2 pounds of chocolates!! You must've changed what you were doing because it makes me think twice about getting the chocolates again. :(

If you prefer more nuts, we offer a Nut, Crisp, and Chew Assortment as well as an All Nut Assortment. Both options offer more nuts than our Deluxe Assortment. The chocolate is always great. However, the packaging this year was very sloppy.

Quick delivery and great assortment
Delivery service placed it under some bushes and the candy was melted to the point of being uneditable.
We’re very sorry to hear that your chocolate arrived melted but it sounds like the delvery personat UPS is to blame! Sadly, once a package leaves our facility it is really out of our control. Perhaps you can file a claim with UPS or let us know and we can call on your behalf. We completely understand how disappointing that must be.
As we mentioned in our earlier email, we did attempt to contact you regarding shipping options to ensure safe delivery during this hot weather. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a response, and without confirmation, we proceeded according to standard procedure.
As noted both on our website and in your order confirmation, we can only guarantee safe delivery when packages are shipped overnight, with a cooler, and with a signature required. The signature is key so that it is not left out in the elements. This policy has long been in place to help protect your order from heat damage during extreme temperatures.

I received my order and the sponge candy was all broken up. Even tho it happened in shipping, watsons sent me a replacement. I've their chocolate The assortment is awesome.
