Considered Buffalo’s Best, our award-winning candy is crispy, tender chunks of caramelized spun sugar drenched in our wonderfully creamy chocolate.  Available in milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and orange-flavored sponge.

Made by hand in small batches, each sponge is carefully cooked in our traditional copper kettles by our highly trained candy makers. We then carefully hand-pack and vacuum seal each gift box for freshness during shipping.  Sponge Candy is gluten-free and available in a variety of sizes. 

As always, our Sponge Candy is delicious anytime, but we suggest enjoying it within a week or two of purchase as heat and humidity are not its friend.

Best Sponge Candy!

It has become one of my favorite candy. My in laws grew up in Buffalo. I love to order a box to remind them of their days growing up. The box always arrives quickly and in great condition. (Buffalo to Akron, OH)

Was not as good as usual. Fell apart and I did not like the plastic bag it was in. I have been getting my sponge candy from there for 40 plus years. Did not like it this time
