Considered Buffalo’s Best, our award-winning candy is crispy, tender chunks of caramelized spun sugar drenched in our wonderfully creamy chocolate.  Available in milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and orange-flavored sponge.

Made by hand in small batches, each sponge is carefully cooked in our traditional copper kettles by our highly trained candy makers. We then carefully hand-pack and vacuum seal each gift box for freshness during shipping.  Sponge Candy is gluten-free and available in a variety of sizes. 

As always, our Sponge Candy is delicious anytime, but we suggest enjoying it within a week or two of purchase as heat and humidity are not its friend.

Still the best sponge candy

Only giving 4 stars because 1/3 of the box was crushed sponge candy. Still tastes great, but wish it had been packed better

Watsons sponge candy is the best!

I buy this sponge candy each year at the holidays as a treat. My dads cousin was from Buffalo and used to bring it with him to CA each year as he visited. It is always so fresh with a high quality chocolate coating. The family fights over the pieces. You have to try it!

Your sponge candy is fantastic. We moved to AZ in 1990 and someone in our family sends for it at Christmas time. We enjoy it so much. Thank you for keeping the recipe perfect.

Sponge candy, Still the best!

We order every year, always a treat. In then last 2 or 3 years they started vacuum packing the sponge to seal it. This is perfect as some of ours would sometimes be damaged from travel or exposure to moisture. This resolved the issue
