Shipping policy
*Free standard shipping is available for orders over $99 (after any applicable discounts and/or coupons) to the United States only. Orders shipped in coolers (including mandatory coolers) and/or requiring signature will be charged $7.95 for the cooler and/or $5.95 for the signature, but not shipping costs. Free shipping is not available for favors or corporate gifts. Additionally, some large items (such as, but not limited to, baskets and chocolate covered popcorn) may not qualify. If your order of over $99 does not qualify for free shipping, Watson's will contact you at the phone number and/or email that you provided with a shipping estimate.

At Watson’s, we take special care to hand pack all of your items for shipment so that they arrive in the best possible condition. Shipping chocolate and particularly shipping Sponge Candy is at the risk of the customer. Our product is fragile and can melt and Watson's cannot take responsibility for breakage, melted products, or lost packages.
1. It typically will take 2-3 business days to process your order before shipping. Please refer to the map below for typical transit times*. Please be advised that holiday time may add 5-7 business days to processing time before shipments leave our facility.
2. Please contact us if you want to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
3. We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS for shipping so please refer to the transit map for the delivery estimate once the package leaves our facility. You will receive an email from us when your package ships. UPS may not consider Saturday or Sunday shipping or delivery days. If your package has been sent via UPS, visit https://www.ups.com/track to locate your package and check delivery times. If it is sent via FedEx visit FedEx.com.
4. Watson’s is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen please contact UPS Support or 1-(800) 742-5877. If it is sent via FedEx visit FedEx.com.
WARM WEATHER CONSIDERATIONS
Watson’s Chocolates cannot be held responsible for, nor will we replace, any melted or damaged chocolate due to temperature and/or humidity considerations unless customers purchase a cooler and ice pack, upgrade shipping to Next Day Air Delivery (1-day) AND purchase delivery signature.
1. Shipping within NY is 1-2 days; however, it takes at least 5-6 business days to arrive in CA. Our coolers are only helpful for 2 transit days. Therefore, during the warm months and all-the-time to warm-weather destinations, please know that we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of our candy unless you purchase a cooler and ice pack, upgrade your shipping to Overnight Delivery AND Delivery Signature. Please call our Shipping Department for a shipping estimate at 888-875-6643 during business hours.
2. Coolers & ice packs are strongly suggested for all warm-weather areas year-round. You may select the cooler option on our Billing & Shipping page during checkout. During May-October, Watson's may require an additional shipping and handling fee of $7.95 PER cooler and ice. Coolers and upgraded shipping are mandatory for Florida delivery and other warm destinations at Watson's discretion. You may be automatically charged though we may refund the $7.95 if the weather is cool enough for safe transport. If you have a concern and DO NOT want a cooler, please call us at 1-888-875-6643 and we will provide a refund.
3. Please track your package for delivery. If it is left outside, on a porch, in the sun, your candy may melt. We strongly suggest shipping to a location where someone can receive/sign for your package.
4. If you live in a warm-weather area and are shipping in a cooler, we typically ship coolers on Mondays. This ensures that the cooler is not left sitting over a weekend. If you have any questions, please call us. This also may be the case for locations that are 4-day shipping zones (west of NE and Texas). Again, we encourage that you add a signature to be sure that your package arrives to you.

Your expected shipping rate and options will be displayed in the checkout once you enter your shipping address.
*Watson's reserves the right to increase the price for shipping on larger orders ($200 or more). If this happens, Watson's will call or email you with details and always provide you with a shipping estimate. Watson's also reserves the right to charge for additional coolers ($7.95 each) on large orders.

SHIPPING TO CANADA
Shipping to Canada is available at an additional cost. Your expected shipping rate will automatically be calculated at checkout once a Canadian address is input. These rates are inclusive of all import duties and taxes, which will be pre-paid to simplify and expedite delivery.
Please expect at least 5-8 days for delivery to Canada. For orders over $200 USD being shipped to Canada, please call us at 1-888-875-6643 for a shipping estimate. Due to high costs, we cannot usually ship to Canada in coolers, though you can always call for an estimate.
All listed prices are in USD and automatically converted to CAD based on daily exchange rates.
