Lengthy shipping ruined the candy

Either the method of shipping chosen by Watson’s or the shipping company’s delay in delivery allowed for extreme temperatures to melt the candy and totally change the consistency of the sponge center. I would not recommend ordering the candy online.

Unfortunately, shipping from Buffalo, NY to Arizona is a long journey, and with the extreme summer heat, the only way we can guarantee safe delivery is by overnight shipping, in a cooler, and with a delivery signature. This is clearly noted on all our web pages and in your order confirmation.
While we always try our best to protect your order, we’re unable to automatically upgrade shipping without the customer choosing and approving the added cost.
