While everyone thinks its always snowy in Buffalo, we do have seasonal warm weather. If you are shipping to a warm weather destination ANYTIME OF YEAR, please consider a cooler and ice pack.
Shipping Policy: Watson’s Chocolates cannot be held responsible for, nor will we replace, any melted or damaged chocolate due to temperature and/or humidity considerations unless customers choose the cooler/ice pack and Second Day Air during the months of May – October and /or to warm destinations throughout the year.
