1.Β PLEASE SHOP EARLYΒ - we cannot ask this enough!Β  If you are a longtime customer of Watson's, you know how long the lines can be this time of year. We are lucky to have so many loyal customers, but we are not going to be able to have you all in the store at the same time as in years past. We have a great selection ofΒ Valentine productsΒ availableΒ in stores now, so please shop now to avoid the rush and help us manage the lines!

2. Please consider using thisΒ ORDER FORMΒ when shopping atΒ these participating locations. You canΒ call the storesΒ to place your order or drop off the form anytime. We are also offering curbside pick-up, so you can shop from the comfort of home and pick up your order at your convenience.Β 

3.Β Order online and have your Valentines shipped directly to your loved onesΒ - contact-free and Covid safe!Β  OurΒ Valentine items are now in stock onlineΒ and we are shippingΒ customized heartsΒ and other goodies 'round the country on your behalf.

Every indicator says shop early, ship early.Β  We recognize that the shipping carriers are over-burdened,Β and this is why we ran our seasonal sale earlier than ever.

However, we areΒ alreadyΒ seeing trouble with shipments being delayed and packagesΒ getting stranded. The hard part for us is thatΒ we are getting your packages out in record speed, but once they leave our shipping dock, it is out of our control.Β  We have no more information with regardsΒ to your package than you do.Β With every order, you will receiveΒ an email with tracking information and places for you to follow alongΒ on its journey.Β 

Watson'sΒ cannotΒ beΒ responsible forΒ the timing ofΒ your packages once they are in the hands of FEDEX or the USPS.Β If you call us because your package has gone missing, we will call the same 1-800-GOFEDEX number that you do. Please help us and understand that we want to help but have no control over the shipping carriers and the timing on your shipment.Β  The same holds true if your package is missing from your door.Β  Unfortunately, porch pirates are out in full force, and we cannot pay for lost or stolen packages.Β

Due to delays & restrictions caused by COVID-19, along with supply chain shortages and increased demand, our processing times are longer than usual (minimum 5-7 days) – especially this year during the holidays season.Β  Expedited shipping does not change this processing time.

Watson’s customers should also expect carrier delays and allow ample time for your packages to arrive so please shop early as we are not able to guarantee delivery dates.Β 

Please also note, that while we are happy to accommodate special orders for in-store purchase or pick-up, but we are currently unable to process special orders in the online/catalog/shipping department.Β  We are only able to ship stock items available on the website and in our catalog.Β 

Please know that we are working very diligently to pack & ship your order as quickly and as safely as possible.Β  Thank you for your patience and understanding during these challenging times.

Due to the impact of Covid-19 and overwhelming demand for our products, please be aware that orders may take from 7 to 10 business days to process before leaving our factory; large orders may even need a few extra days to fulfill.
We apologize that we are not able to meet our typical fast turnaround standards, but rest assured we are working hard to remedy this situation. In light of these delays, we encourage you to place your orders early.
Thank you for your understanding and patience. We hope to be back to normal processing times very soon.

As of reopening New York is upon us here in Western NY, we are excited to think about having retail shoppers in our stores once again. We’ve missed you and missed seeing your faces (even if it will now be from behind a mask!)

We have been working diligently to prepare not only our shops but our factory and business office as well. We have been working at a bare minimum all these weeks and are looking forward to welcoming back our employees in addition to our loyal customers. New York State and the CDC have provided us with protocol and policies to help ensure the safety of us all. Some of these policies will affect your experience in our shop, and we thank you for cooperating with what is now asked of us during Phase 2:

Screening

  • Health screening for all employees before shifts
  • Encouraging customers not to shop sick

Access

  • Out of store options with curbside pickup will continue at all locations
  • Free ground shipping on sales over $65 on our website (does not include warm weather options)

PPE

  • Face coverings required for employees and customers
  • Other protective measures for retail workers (plexiglass shields, gloves)

Additional Safety measures

  • Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing protocols
  • Social distancing protocol
  • Monitoring the number of people in store
  • Asking customers to limit touching products while shopping
