I don’t know if it’s because we live in such a dry climate if that’s what makes it so hard to eat
I don’t know if it was in Buffalo if it would be soft, but when it comes to Albuquerque, New Mexico, it gets very hard

Hi Kathy, We are sorry to hear that you had a difficult time eating the chocolate bar. This bar is solid chocolate so really nothing should be soft (that would actually be bad!).
