Buffalo's Best Sponge Candy
Considered Buffalo’s Best, our award-winning candy is crispy, tender chunks of caramelized spun sugar drenched in our wonderfully creamy chocolate. Available in milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and orange-flavored sponge.
Made by hand in small batches, each sponge is carefully cooked in our traditional copper kettles by our highly trained candy makers. We then carefully hand-pack and vacuum seal each gift box for freshness during shipping. Sponge Candy is gluten-free and available in a variety of sizes.
As always, our Sponge Candy is delicious anytime, but we suggest enjoying it within a week or two of purchase as heat and humidity are not its friend.
