The tradition at Watson's stores has always been to personalize* it with your sweetheart's name. As a courtesy, we are happy to customize your heart at no extra charge, but please know that our royal icing may come off during shipping*. Royal icing contains eggs.

Available in milk, dark, white or orange chocolate. Max. length of 7 characters recommended.

*WARNING: Our custom script is done by hand with royal icing and is extremely fragile. Due to shipping, we cannot guarantee the names will arrive intact. We will NOT replace hearts if your name breaks during shipping.

The chocolate is delicious

The chocolate is delicious. My father used to buy these for us on Valentine’s Day with our names on when we were kids and it was so special. I’m 75 now and no longer live in Buffalo but I continued the tradition for my daughter and now my granddaughters. Unfortunately this last shipment came where every single box with the names had totally fallen off. I live in Florida so it even came in a styrofoam cooler but it still didn’t protect it. You might want to talk with your shipper and make sure they use more care. Or switch to a different recipe for the lettering where it’s not so brittle. Lettering aside, I love being able to keep up the tradition started by my father over 70 years ago. It a tribute to Watsons for their longevity in a family business for so many years. Thanks!!💕

Oh no! I have a feeling if you look in the box, you may see the remnants of the names. Unfortuanlty with royal icing and sub zero temsp, this is likely to happen. On our product page: *WARNING: Our custom script is done by hand with royal icing and is extremely fragile. Due to shipping, we cannot guarantee the names will arrive intact. I see that you are local to Buffalo; if you want to have the names added, please give us a call and we can help direct you to a shop that can re-write your names.
