We are so happy you ship to North Carolina so we can still get our all time favorite turtles! The milk chocolate is so perfectly smooth and rich, as is the caramel. A very good ratio of chocolate to caramel to pecans! And the pecans are also such good quality, and we know pecans! Our paternal grandmother was a southerner so we learned good pecans early in our life. These are the best quality turtles you will find anywhere.
