Watson’s Shipping Procedures

All orders placed on our website take 2-3 business days for processing before they are shipped. Therefore, please be aware that “3 Day” shipping does not necessarily mean that your order will arrive within 3 days from the time that it is placed. Please plan on 7-10 business days for general ground delivery. You will receive an email when your package is shipped.

We use Fedex Ground primarily for shipping, but also use USPS if timelines are shorter.

Fedex does not consider Saturday or Sunday shipping or delivery days.

Fedex does not deliver to Post Office boxes.

At Watson’s we take special care to hand pack all of your items for shipment so that they arrive in the best possible condition. Coolers and ice packs are strongly suggested for all warm weather areas and may be mandatory during May-October. There is an additional shipping and handling fee of $7.95/per cooler and ice.

You may select the cooler option on our Billing & Shipping page during checkout.

All orders are shipped so that they will arrive by the end of the work week so that they don’t sit over the weekend. If your order cannot be delivered within the week that it was ordered, we will ship it on the following Monday.

We promise that when it leaves our warehouse, it is in pristine condition. HOWEVER, once it leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control.  

If your candy arrives in an unfortunate state, please take a picture and send it our way at info@watsonschocolates.com. We will strongly recommend that you contact FEDEX and file a claim.
